I purchased this weight gainer for my American bully some time ago and within 2-3 weeks I noticed a tremendous improvement in her weight. She loved the taste and enjoyed it with her victor high protein kibble. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been in stock but I hope it does soon.

My Cane Corso was poisoned by my neighbor after a tornado took my fence down. He had seizures for 48 hours and I managed to save his life with a home remedy for antifreeze poisoning. For years I’ve not been able to keep weight on him no matter the food given until the day I purchased this product. If I could leave a video of me typing this with tears of joy I would. I can’t believe how he went from looking fragile and near death to looking the way he does now! He has a healthy weight and his coat is shiney, if that wasn’t enough…his energy level is back like he was a puppy again!

My dog is a very picky eater and I struggle to keep weight on him. When I mix this powder in w a little beef broth, he eats it all immediately. The only down side is that it has a strong fish smell. I don’t mind bc my dog loves it so much and it’s immensely helpful when I’m trying to get him to eat. I also love that it’s locally owned and made. I’m all for supporting small businesses.

I have Mudi. As puppies/young dogs they can eat and eat and eat and still stay thin by running all their food off. I started my newest girl on this two weeks ago and she has put on a noticeable amount of weight & no loose stool like other supplements. This puts weight on better than anything else I’ve tried & I haven’t even used a lot out of the bag. They are in good condition after starting this, not “pot belly” or fat, just getting more fill! From now on I’m going to keep this on hand at all times!

Our senior pup (13) absolutely loves this stuff!! We got it this week and haven’t had any stomach troubles (thankfully unlike other reviewers), it has definitely gave her a big energy boost as now we have to power walk when we take her out (compared to when it was a very slow leisurely walk before), and hopefully we’ll see some weight gain soon :)1 month UpdateHer coat is the shiniest and softest its ever been, she also visibly gained some weight so I say this product works really well!! She still can’t get enough of the flavor, and she still seems to have more energy :)

My 13 year old Yorkie was losing muscle mass with age. He was still eating his regular food like a champ but his age was making him slow down, lose muscle mass and get boney. His vet ran bloodwork and it came back perfect… it was just his age. My husband wanted to give him extra treats but I felt that was like eating cookies. I did my own research and tried this product and it really seems to be helping. He doesn’t feel as boney as he did a month ago and he’s definitely bulkier. I am looking forward to our next vet visit to check his weight gain.I found it pretty impossible to mix this with any amount of water as it says in the directions. It’s just too powdery. It just won’t! I guess it doesn’t taste bad because i just put 2 tsps right on top of his food and mush it in. He eats all of his food like always and I assume he doesn’t notice a difference. . Read the ingredients. It seems to be like BOOST is for humans! Only this is for our furbabies and it WORKS! You WILL see a difference! I am EXTREMELY happy with it!! Give it a try. You will be so happy seeing “the meat” come back on your furbaby.

My dog did not like this. Granted he was sick, losing weight and was eating only 1/2 of his usual amount - when I added this to his food, he would not touch the food at all. What little he ate also gave him diarrhea. Was really hoping this would help since I was getting desperate for him to have extra calories.

The smell is something to be left in a sewer. Is it supposed to stink this badly? I have an older kitty that needs to put on weight. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. My cat won’t touch it. None of the cats will. Even my dog that eats everything walks away. I really had high hopes for this product, but sadly it’s a bust. It had a good seal and packaging is nice. I just wish it had worked for my kitty.
